This is a photo that catches the eye. The first thing is the way the frame has been divided by the bridge, into two even halves. It does not do the photo any harm, because there are completely different things happening in each half. The contrast between the dark blacks and lights works great. Only the positions of lights in the upper half is a but chaotic. I think that you could also erase the “stars” forming from the lights, they do not fit the lights of the buildings, it would be enough if they were just bright points, in the lower half the are finely blurred. The most odd bit of the photo is the moon, which seems to have been glued in.
